Domestic Shipping (Within Pakistan)

Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 4-6 business days after order processing.

Express Shipping: Delivery within 1-2 business days after order processing. Additional charges apply.

International Shipping: Currently, Mashaaq ships exclusively within Pakistan. We are working towards expanding our services to international destinations in the future.

3. Shipping Rates

Rate may vary due to size & weight diversity. The estimation will be shared upon order placement.

4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email/message containing tracking information. This allows you to monitor your package until it reaches your doorstep.

Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. Mashaaq is not responsible for delays or misdeliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Shipping Restrictions

P.O. Boxes: We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.

Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote or rural areas may experience longer transit times. We will inform you if your location falls into this category.
