3. Orders and Payments
To place an order on Mashaaq, users must provide accurate contact details and payment information. We accept various payment methods, including [e.g., bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypesa, credit/debit cards]. Full payment must be made at the time of purchase to confirm the order or if it is Cash on Delivery, Customers are obliged to cooperate fully or otherwise, there are chances of blacklisting that customer from future purchases.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Mashaaq ships across Pakistan, aiming to deliver your items within 4–6 business days. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location. While we partner with reliable courier services, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances like weather or transportation issues. Tracking details will be provided once your order is dispatched. Customers are advised to inspect their packages upon arrival and report any issues immediately.
5. Returns and Refunds
We offer a 5-day return policy for all our products. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
Defected or Damaged Items: Customers must provide an unboxing video as proof of damage. This video ensures that any issues were present at the time of delivery and not caused afterward. Refunds, replacements, or exchanges will be offered after verifying the claim. Therefore, users are advised to record a video while unboxing the item.
Change of Mind: We understand that preferences can change. For such cases, customers can return the product and exchange it for another item of equal value. However, the delivery fees for change-of-mind returns must be borne by the customer. Refunds are not offered for change-of-mind returns.
Mashaaq records every item before packaging to maintain quality assurance.

Mashaaq is committed to providing high-quality products and excellent service. However, we are not liable for delays caused by external factors, such as courier service disruptions. Additionally, we are not responsible for damages caused by improper use of our products.
