We offer a 5-day return policy for all our products. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
Defected or Damaged Items: Customers must provide an unboxing video as proof of damage. This video ensures that any issues were present at the time of delivery and not caused afterward. Refunds, replacements, or exchanges will be offered after verifying the claim. Therefore, users are advised to record a video while unboxing the item.
Change of Mind: We understand that preferences can change. For such cases, customers can return the product and exchange it for another item of equal value. However, the delivery fees for change-of-mind returns must be borne by the customer. Refunds are not offered for change-of-mind returns.
